A Message from Betty & Centerline Distribution 💛
It’s with a heavy heart that I share some personal news. After well over a decade of proudly representing, branding, and bringing StressLess Horse Calming Supplement to market, I’ve been notified that Inspire Equine (the manufacturer of StressLess) has decided to terminate our U.S. distribution partnership.
My last official day representing StressLess will be January 2, 2026. Until then, please rest assured — I will continue to take care of every one of you and your horses, just as I always have.
This journey has been nothing short of incredible. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many amazing horse owners, riders, and barn families. You’ve shared your triumphs, your challenges, and your heartfelt stories — and I’ve treasured every single one. You’ve become my extended family, and for that, I’m forever grateful. ❤️
While this chapter with StressLess is closing, Centerline Distribution is not going anywhere. We will continue to bring you the best in equine news, reviews, and innovative products as we pivot into new and exciting directions within the equine industry.
Important Information Regarding StressLess
As I prepare for my exit, I want to ensure my clients and friends are fully informed. About a month ago, a potential client asked me about the differences between Zylkene, which contains the active ingredient Alpha-Casozepine, and StressLess, which lists Hydrolyzed Casein as its active ingredient. She had expressed concern that Zylkene remains on the USEF/FEI prohibited list — and that concern was valid.
To clarify, I spoke directly with Dr. Schumacher at the USEF, who informed me that Casein in any form continues to be considered a PROHIBITED substance. A 7-day withdrawal period is still recommended and remains posted on the Centerline Distribution website.
Lastly, reading a blog post published by the marketing team of Inspire Equine on October 16, 2025, titled ‘Sedating Your Horse Before a Hunt’ (link here), we also noted that L-Tryptophan, Magnesium, and B12 (among others) are mentioned as additional ingredients found in StressLess — despite not being listed on the product label. According to Dr. Schumacher, these additional ingredients are not required to be disclosed, which adds another layer of complexity to understanding supplement transparency in our industry.
Knowledge is power, and I want to leave my clients as informed as possible about this product and its status. I am grateful to Dr. Schumacher for his patience and clarity in helping me better understand this complicated world of equine supplementation.
